How to Stop Obsessing Over a Woman

Nice guys often develop crushes, fall in love from afar, and have difficulty letting go of women who flake out on them, getting out of their feminine, and setting the tone. This week we will be presenting strategies for taking action, stopping second-guessing, and calming our ruminating brains.
This week we will discuss why we obsess over these women, how to become conscious of our obsessiveness, and how to stop. We will discuss how to release our lower feminine and come back into our higher masculine.
In all reality, the best way to let go of our obsessiveness is to create a great cake of life as well as find purpose outside of a relationship.
