Nice guys, due to their upbringing usually grow up with poor self-esteem. Even though some of the men we work with have developed the ability to fake confidence, sadly, this doesn’t last long. Usually, a life event happens, which in the case of a Nice Guy is a breakup, and their whole life falls apart. Most people confuse confidence and self-esteem because a lack of self-esteem means no confidence, and low self-esteem can only sustain fragile confidence.
This lack of healthy self-esteem leads to most Nice Guys never achieving their full potential. They would sabotage their own success because that would mean that they would be seen, and their secret would come to light.
