Understanding and Overcoming Codependency
November 26 @ 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm MST
Many of us have been shaped by early experiences where we learned to prioritize others’ needs over our own.
If you grew up in a home where love or approval seemed conditional—maybe based on how much peace you could keep or how well you took care of others—you might still be carrying those patterns into your adult relationships.
This can show up as always seeking approval or constantly feeling the need to care for others, even when it leaves you drained and unfulfilled. Over time, it becomes easy to feel that your worth is tied to making others happy.
In this week’s discussion, we’ll dive into the roots of codependency and how it often leads to these approval-seeking and caretaking behaviors. We’ll explore why we fall into this pattern and, more importantly, how we can break free from it.
By understanding where these habits come from, we can start to let go of the need for constant validation from others and reclaim our right to live authentically, setting boundaries and caring for ourselves first.
If you’re ready to learn how to stop sacrificing yourself for others and start building healthier, more balanced relationships, this presentation is for you.
